voice instructions will not work

TomTom Go Premium. Audio driving instructions suddenly just stopped working. Done the obvious stuff (computer voices, soft reset, sound on etc)
What do I need to do?

    Hi @ayemgee

    Just to cover all bases. Have you Tapped Menu and checked if any of the icons have a line through them. The Speaker Icon bottom left turns all sound Off and the Voice Icon at the right end of the volume bar turns the Verbal directions Off.

    To add to @nabu 's post you are best to wait until the words Get in Touch appear just above the Type a message option. These words will appear provided you have logged into the previous page before you Tapped Contact Us.

    For some reason which I have quiet it still will say Sign in at the Top of the Hello Connected box even if you have signed in.
