How does one get help from TomTom in the UK

I have a couple of problems and usabilty questions on my new TomTom GO Essential.
Trying to connect with online support.
Says I have to be logged in - I AM!!
Try logging in again - SAME Again
Is there an email for TomTom UK or how do I raise some questions with them.

    If you indicate here what issues you would like advice you then someone should be able to help you.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then have to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    I did this, as you suggest:- no joy!

    Tried another browser and got this:-
    You need to be logged in If you wish to speak to a support representative, just wait a few seconds and then click Get in touch when the button appears, and you will be presented with the available contact options.

    I am logged in!!

    What now please?

    Just tried it and okay. I can see what you are referring to but have you clicked on Get in Touch when you see it appear after a few seconds. When you click on it then you get the chance to send a message to Chat.

    I never did get that far. However, cleared cache and cookies on my browser and finally go to "chat" with someone who has sent me a link to add my problems etc in detail.

    Glad you are sorted. I have queried why it is saying you have to sign in at the Top of the box where Get in Touch appears as I am sure that is new.
