watch won't update

I have tomtom watch 3 and for a week now, it will not update nor find my daily swims: I get this: We cannot find your activity. Perhaps you have used an outdated link or you are not logged in as the owner of the activity?

What's the solution????

    Are you uploading via the computer or the app?

    Computer, as I have since May 2018.

    It sounds like you are logged into the website and Sports Connect using different emails. Try logging out of MySports and back in again using the same email you set the watch up with. If that does not work you can do a factory reset and when it prompts to login or register, choose log in and use the email and password you access MySports with.

    Thanks for trying; I only have one email. The answers here often resort to factory reset but no instructions for that. Can you please provide? Appreciated-
