traffic and cameras in tom tom 6250

i have tom tom 6250 with live traffic after 2 years stop working. Should be unlimited. Lady from support team told me I need to buy new traffic. Why??????

    Look back here tomorrow to what @VikramK or @lampard have to say after they have reviewed your units settings on the TT servers and altered as appropriate.

    They should also see who you contacted, if it was a TT person, and they can ensure they are updated re lifetime Traffic for your unit.
