Tom Tom 520 lifetime traffic does not update.

Hi. A few months ago I bought a Go 520 with lifetime updates and traffic.

It says that traffic has expired and that I need to renew my subscription.
How do I get my free updates to work?
This is the same problem Nigelben had recently who posted here.
