Can't delete stored route

I've made a route with multiple stops directly on the device.
Now, I can't use it in My Routes, "Not on the actual map".
Which is not true, since the route was made on the device with the current map.
I can't remove it either.
Any ideas or a can I get a direct contact to TomTom by mail or phone ?
Using their robot ijust sucks!

    Hi @jroselarsen

    Try going to the My Drive Website and log into your account and check that your My Places, My Routes etc are saved there. You will not see the Route you created on the device listed there as routes created that way do not sync back to your account.

    If all your stuff is listed there then if you do a Factory Reset then the route should disappear and the data saved in your account will be synced back to the unit when it logs back into My Drive.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap Reset Device.

    If you have to contact Customer Support then try the following.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid. So

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then have to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    There are no menu item My Places on my My Drive account.
    However, after a few power offs and on, the problem disappeared, and I've now deleted the route.

    The My Places should be the 3rd Icon down on the left handsome under the Search and Plan Route Icons

    Thanks for the info.
    I used the address https://tomtom.com/mydrive.
    I did not notice it directed me to MyDrive Connect.
