My GO ESSENTIAL’s lifetime traffic is due to expire three weeks after purchase. How do I resolve?

Can anybody help to resolve this issue? I bought the item because it came with lifetime traffic. Now it suggests that I only have three weeks traffic.

    I paid the first subscription because I thought that I had lifetime updates?? I've since found out that my 135 services are coming to an end? How can I cancel my payments and carry on statuesque?

    Welcome to the community! My team has fixed the services on your account. Please do a soft reset and check again.

    Your TomTom Via 135 does not come with lifetime maps. A subscription will be required to download new map and speed camera updates.
