My Go520 won't get past the boot up screen.

I've tried resetting it and get as far as the black screen with white writing then we get back to the boot up screen again. Also My Connect doesn't recognise it as being connected to my laptop. Any suggestions?

    your 520 must be Wifi no need for a computer to update it

    Just found a question from someone else and the suggestion to remove the sdhc card seems to have worked. Now it's booted up and updated can I put the sdhc card back into the sat nav?
