bought a TomTom Go 520 with lifetime updates and traffic now expired

Hi all. Recently bought a Go 520 with lifetime updates and traffic.

It says that traffic has expired and that I need to renew my subscription
also, the map updates expire next month

How do I sort the lifetime traffic and maps on the device as sold?

    Lifetime Traffic and Maps issue - VIA1525TM

    Hello - I am having the same problem. Have a VIA 1525TM that after a recent update through MyDrive Connect no longer shows as having traffic and doesn't update the map. Could someone at TomTom reset the account as mentioned in previous replies?

    The services on your TomTom look okay.
    The error you mention could be related to a SIM connectivity issue.

    Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in the video below-
