Chat to an agent not working
I tried to place an order for an offer on speed camera updates for my Go5000. I got an error saying contact customer services. There was a button saying 'click here to get help' - it did not work. I navigated to the 'How to contact TomTom support' page which says to hit the 'Contact Us' button - I did. It then says to wait a few seconds and click on the 'Get in touch' link. This did not appear but a link to 'If you wish to chat to an agent, Sign In' was there. When I clicked on this I simply got the home page. How do I get through to resolve this?
