My Tom Tom Go 620 with wifi has shut down and will not turn back on again

My Tom Tom 620 (which was purchased recently) has shut down and will not restart.
the device has been charged for 8 hrs in case of low battery, but will still not switch on.
has this happened to anybody else?

    Try to press the On Button about 30 or 40 seconds. Many devices came then back to life.
    I hope it works for your device too.

    Thank you, the 30 /40 second press solved the problem and now back up and running. =)
