everything you pay for doesn't work

I own a mazda with a NB1 system for 7 years and I had a lot of problems with the system.
I always bought the live services and map update every year, they're active still 21/09/2021
The last month my system randomly crashes when navigating or trying to use weather or something like that.
Support said they fixed it, but as usual with tomtom, they didn't fix anything!
Now I was trying to create a new sd card to see if that was the problem and notice that there is no map anymore in tomtom home.This problem must be already there for more then 5 months,because in my car I have notification of an old map.
I'm chatting for 3 weeks now, but they don't fix anything.
Anyone else heaving these problems ?

    There is an active subscription for map update service on your account. If you are using a new memory card, and it has been formatted on the computer, the next thing would be to reinitialize it in the car's built-in system.

    Re-Initialising process-
    1. In your car, insert your SD card into your Carminat TomTom.
    2 .Turn on your car’s ignition and then switch on your Carminat TomTom.

    3. Carminat TomTom initialises your new SD card. This takes at least 30 seconds. Do not turn off your car’s engine while the Carminat TomTom indicates that it is busy.
    4. Switch off the Carminat TomTom and then turn off your car’s ignition. Wait another 5 seconds then remove the SD card.

    Clean re-install TomTom HOME

    I know how everything works to make a new sd card, that is not the problem.
    Today support finaly fixed the map problem, after I had to open 3 rma numbers.
    Now they will try to fix the live sertvice again.
    They already tried one time, but that didn't work. It took me a lot of time to convince the support team that the problem still existed.
    The software of the NB1 system really sucks, there has always been problems with live services.
    But thankx for the reply.
