Tomtom 6250 Professional not turning on. Who Can I contact?

Hi all,
Bought my 6250 Professional from Amazon on 28th April 2021. It was working great with some help from the group. All of a sudden it won't turn on.
Who do I contact, Tomtom or go to Amazon since I purchased it from them?

Hi @John_Thomson21
If you have an Apple or similar mobile phone mains charger that you can use with the USB cable then charge the unit for 2 hours and see if it will then start up.
If after that it still fails to start then I suggest you have to contact Amazon as that is where you purchased it.
