Rider 550 and My Drive Connect

I am unable to connect my 550 to My Drive Connect as an old email appears on the device that was associated with an older Rider that is used with Tom Tom Home. I am still using Home on that device and had updated the email on the account. The old rider has just been unsupported. How do I get the old email off my device?

    Factory reset should delete the stored email address on rider
