Problems connecting my 520 to PC and Mac

I've installed TomTom Connect on both my PC and Mac and I still can not add my device. Goes back to the screen where it asks to select My Drive, log in and press continue, as soon as hit continue I'm back to square one again. Both PC and Mac recognize my 520 and I'm using the supplied USB cable.

PLEASE HELP ahhhhhhh

    Welcome to the community!
    Could you try few steps as below-

    1. Disconnect the device from the computer.
    2. Perform a factory reset- Main menu- Settings- System- Reset
    3. Log-in to MyDrive on the device- Main menu Settings- MyDrive
    4. Now connect the device to the computer and open MyDrive Connect.

    Do you see your GO 520 listed under your account?
