    Welcome to the community!
    I see your device has an active subscription(1 month) for speed camera services.
    Could you do a factory reset and check again?
    Main menu- Settings-System- About-

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive.. See user guide
