Why does MyDrive Connect no longer work?

I last updated my Go 60 5 weeks ago with no issues. Now when I open MyDrive on my PC all I get is a white page. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have even tried the downgrade version, no joy. Basically I cannot update my device. I do ahve the latest version installed.

Please advise

    I also have thise problem. When I open MyDrive connect I see only a white page.

    Same for me.

    Presumably the problem lies with the TomTom servers. No doubt the IT wizards will get to work eventually and find the problem

    looks to me that my only option is to change to a Garmon GPS
