    Hello
There is only life-long traffic, the speed camera update is chargeable on the Go 6000

    Hi
    @dobest
    As far as I recall….
At the launch of the GO 5/6000.…
Lifetime Free Map updates (Single Map)... For me, the full Europe Map
    Lifetime Free Traffic
3 Months free speed cams ??? Then a subscription was required ???

You were probably receiving the Speed Cam warning from an old, outdated speed cam installation....

There has been a change in the Speed cam subscriptions... The Tomtom subscriptions now 'Auto Renew' by default....
Note... If your subscription has expired you will NOT get any Speed cam warning on the device, even the old database is still installed on the device....

See T&C's 4.2 Subscriptions, renewals and Free Trials...

I have 5100 and it shows the same. And the 5100 comes with a lifetime speed camera service.

    Hi @grzegorzm71

@VikramK or @lampard should pick this up tomorrow and review your units settings on the TT servers and change if required. Look back here to see what they say.

    Hi @dobest

Hopefully the mods will be able to identify what services were offered as part of the sale of your unit. If they cannot they will likely ask you contact Customer Support and sort out your devices settings. It might be an idea to have a Photo of the Box showing the Lifetime offer to send them if required.

Lets see what the mods say tomorrow.

There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

Try the following if you need to contact CS.:-

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then have to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Hi @grzegorzm71 @dobest
    Welcome to the community!
Both of your TomTom devices have speed cameras updates for the lifetime of the device.
The error you see on the account page is a bug already reported to our team. Please see my reply on a similar topic-
