I have received a number of emails from Tomtom offering me discount on purchases of world maps. As these are included, plus updates, in the purchase of the Premium device, why is this?

Surely the registration records show which device I have. I previously had a GO 6200, which also included World maps and free updates, so still no reason to receive these ‘offers’.

    There is currently some kind of error on the TT system at the moment which sends out emails to customers who have map updates for life on their devices unnecessarily. It will hopefully be resolved soon and just ignore them as your 2 TomToms do include map upgrades for the useful life of the device.
