Does anyone have any idea how to get a via 125 to show up as a drive letter under windows 10 or 7?

I have tried everything suggested by TOMTOM with no luck. I have a voice I want to add to the voice folder but can't access the internal files.

Where was you VIA 125 bought? As they are not normally sold in the US.
Please check the first two characters of the serial number
European VIA 125
"BG">Via 125, 4GB, MDC NAV3 EoL
"BH">Via 125, 4GB, MDC NAV3 EoL
"BM">Via 125, 4GB + SDHC, MDC NAV3 EoL
"BN">Via 125, 4GB + SDHC, MDC NAV3
If it is one of these then you can not access the device as it has a proprietary format which can not be read by a PC
Also only the one with a serial number start "BN" can now be updated as the rest have been declared "End of Life"
Which voice do you want to add?
If you list , maybe, if the voice is compatible to you device, that a moderator @VikramK or @lampard can add it for you device to update on Monday2

Thanks for the help. Somehow I managed to buy a European model. It begins with BM. I'm not sure but I bought it on the internet from the States. I'd like to add R.Lee Ermey's voice. Hilarious.0
