Orders #4117xxxx0 and #411xxxxxx1 were a double order for one and the same TomTom navigator which were caused by an error on your website during the first order process.

You did neither answer to my email (in reply to the account) nor to my PayPal request for reimbursement of the overpaid sum - which is BAD service.

Please reimburse the erroneous second order asap.

    This forum is not linked to Customer Support but for users to help one another. You are best to contact customer support via Chat and they will sort you out.

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to sign in top right of next page. Do not go on without signing in.
    When you have signed in then Tap Contact us bottom right
    Box appears on next page and if you wait a few seconds Get in touch appears in the box Tap that
    Now you have an option to use Chat.

    Unfortunately, your advice does not work as the support page is always automatically returning to this discussion forum. Please send the URL for the correct and functioning support page.

    Sorry, but your website is absolutely inacceptable. All pages automatically return to this discussion forum. How can one program a website like this? Its really really annoying.

    It usually returns to the forum if you have not logged in on the second page before you Tap Contact Us.

    Try another Browser if you are having a problem.
