trying to launch the application MyDrive Connect on my Windows 10 PC in order to upgrade the maps on the device TomTom Go 500, but it fails to update up to the new sw release and it doesn't start anymore. Now I'm in dead lock, unable to upgrade my device

    Welcome to the site....
    Try Deleting & Reinstalling MyDrive Connect....
    I use the free version of Revo Uninstaller....
    The main advantage of using the Revo Uninstaller is that Revo first uninstalls the Program using the Windows default uninstaller ... Then scans and removes any of the leftover files from MyDrive Connect that the default Windows uninstall leaves behind....
