On only a few occasions my GO5200 reverts to the voice control page. I do not know why but when I click on the top left arrow, I am returned to my planned route. Not really a problem, just annoying when it first happened but it means I have to make a manual change when I am driving (unless there is a command I am not aware of).

    Probably something on the Car radio, that sounded like "Hello Tomtom"
    Just wait for the announcement to finish and the beep.... Then say "Cancel"

    Maybe it was this :)
