How the heck do I stream music from my phone to my stereo!?!?

I just bought a used 2011 Subaru Forester and it has the eclipse 2 (with usb cable and back up camera). It has Bluetooth capability but I can find zero info anywhere to figure out how to play Spotify on my iPhone through my car stereo using the Bluetooth. Please please help!! I can’t listen to the radio any more!!
