$$ Tomtom Wants to Charge me a FEE$$ to Update Lifetime Maps???
Hi, I have a TomTom 1505M World Traveler Edition bought in late 2018. I updated it in 2018 (2ce) and again in late spring / early summer 2019 and used it with no issues all over Europe. I am headed back overseas and went to update my lifetime maps again through My Drive and was told my maps are expired and TomTom wants to now charge me $100 to update maps. I am the original owner and have the receipt. Also, I tried to log into the help section for live customer support chat and / or to send customer support email and I get an error message, hence my being here on the forum. Can anyone assist?
