Rider 550 no longer visible on MyDrive Connect
After doing the re-set I now have full functionality with the exception that the device is no longer seen in MyDrive Connect. I have tried to 'add a device' and it tells me to ensure I am logged on to 'MyDrive' on the 550 then proceed to connect the device to the PC. I have done this and hit 'Continue' however it just goes back to the instruction screen to log on to MyDrive on the 550!
I am favouring the cable update method of updating the unit going forward via MyDrive as it is certainly faster and perhaps more stable, hence why I am trying to resolve this issue.
