Not able to connect

Goodmorning,
I've bought a Rider550 for my bike. Sync'ing the routes doesn't work through my drive and although the device recognices a SD card, it doesn't show the routes I've put on the card. Must be doing something wrong, but can't figure out what........ anyone?

    are you logged to mydrive device?
    reset factory for not importing route from sd

    Thans for the reply. I am logged to mydrive and so is the device. I made sure the passwords ans user-id's matched :)
    I'll try the factory reset
