My drive connect / Go Premium

I've installed a load of foreign voices during an update and want to delete them. Apparently the only way to do this is to use MyDdrive connect. I've tried adding my Go Premium to my MyDrive connect account but after clicking "Continue" I just keep getting the same dialogue box telling me to "Enter an existing TomTom account to login and add the device". It is already logged in as it uses WiFi. logging out and back in on the TomTom doesn't help either. Is there a manual way to add it or, even better, an easier way to delete voices ???

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
