Why I dont get lifetime maps for my PRO 5150

Hello, when I connect my PRO 5150 to PC and start mydrive connect I dont get option to get new maps to my device, I am stuck on map version 9.35. Device was purchased with lifetime map update and .....??? Do I do something wrong???

    I did send request via webfleet.com and they solved my issue, right now I have in my app maps 10.70 THX for help
