    Have you tried to reset your device by holding down the power button once it has fully powered up and releasing the button until you hear the “drum roll” sound? This should normally resolve an issue like this or a factory reset from within the menu system.

    The absence of "My Vehicle" option is usually a sign that the Chosen map in Maps is not a Camper Map. Have you checked whether the map listed states Camper in its description.
