    I only found one order that is active, but since I don't have access to all the order related information, I am not sure if the amount has been deducted twice.

    Please get in touch with our customer service team to sort out the subscriptions. If they find it's a case of double payment, then they can arrange a refund.

    The recent subscription you ordered for LIVE Traffic is active until mid of June 2022.

    You don't have to pay for the same service unless the existing subscription ends.

    Yes I bought yesterday, but I click two times for payment and I see two payments on my bank account (2*23.99£ pending payments)
