is there a problem with the TOMTOM servers as routes are syncing when shared

myself and 2 of my friends have TT riders and not one of the devices is syncing when i share routes with the 3 devices all of us are signed in and when you look on the device in my Drive we are logged in and in the bottom right corner it says stop syncing so to me its continuosley trying to sync but its not weve tried numerous routes

    @cheaptyres I know this works across a couple of my units and the App. I do have to export new items from the App to my devices and they are all on the same account. I'm guessing that with other folk's units their accounts or yours need to be linked or synced carefully.
