regarding paying for speed camera updates

I recently took over a premium x from a friend - on opening I did all the updates and locked it to my existing account. when I looked it said my speed camera was deactivated and invited me to pay a discounted rate of 33p which I did but it did not respond and confirm payment, I did it again and the two purchases showed. I immediately cancelled both and got a confirmation - I now get an invoice for one purchase even though it was cancelled. Have had many TTs since the first model but found the website unresponsive and confusing sending me round in circles.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Hi @stephenbeh

    The Lifetime services such as Maps,Traffic and Cameras are tied to the devices serial number so should transfer to you automatically. There is a bug on the system suggesting the need to purchase so that maybe why you saw that.

    So you need to contact Customer Support via chat to sort out any subscriptions being charged in the meantime @VikramK or @lampard can review your devices settings on the TT servers and sort if required.

    If the order got completed and the amount has been deducted, then please get in touch with our customer service to arrange a refund.
