How do I get Return Authorisation for Faulty Tom Tom?

My Tom Tom has gone dead and will not turn on or boot up. I am still within the two year warranty period. I bought my Tom Tom directly from you so you should have all the details of my purchase. Please can you advise how I return it under Warranty for repair or replacement.

Thank you for the reply. My PC wouldn't respond to the PC links but my phone managed to connect with the contact email option. I got an email sent at 12:34 PM yesterday to Customer Services 11/06/2021 saying someone would get back to me and I've heard nothing. It's now Saturday 09:28 and I'm wondering if Customer Services even work Saturday. This is my third dealings with Tom Tom Customer Support over the last two years and I have to say they only time they got back to me promptly was when they sold it me and took my £250 off me. If you could give customer services a nudge for me I would really appreciate it. I'm going away soon so I have some urgency to the matter as I will need a working Sat Nav. I've been a Tom Tom customer for like 15 years and it is by far the best Sat Nav system going. However I have to say The Customer Service level are way below what I would expect from an established company.0

Customer Services do not work at weekends however you could try Chat on Monday as that should get you an immediate result when you are in contact.
There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then need to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
