Start 20 not updating on my drive connect

I can down load to my update to my computer but it will not upload to my device. Have been working with support for 10 days, and every day they give me the same things I've already done. Help

    Nope not it turned off antivirus and no go. I have the update loaded in the computer but won't load to device, just says checking
