Silly question's (maybe).

How can I transfer routes from my old V5 to my 500, the V5 is not as far as I am aware of bluetoothed

Also,

I have the GO Premium X I use for car and Motorhome, I want to know how can I delete the routes from my rider that have been automatically downloaded.

Shame that does not happen for the V5, I have some nice routs on that.
