Not able to contact Tom Tom

I have just received a receipt from Tom Tom International for 2.99 with regard to speed cameras. It seems that this may be a monthly transaction. However I don't have any subscriptions and I don't remember asking for a monthly update. The trouble is, I have no means of asking Tom Tom directly.

Any ideas please?

    Did you have a subscription that has recently expired. If so TT terms have changed to auto renewal on a Monthly basis. If you want to cancel you can go to your account and amend accordingly. You should note that if and when you update the unit you will lose the Camera Service from your device as it is on a live subscription basis only.
