GO 5200 crashes non-stop
First of all, what a miserable support on this website, I've been searching for half an hour to find my device number here on this forum, or a phonenumber or even a chatsupport, but apparently Tomtom doesnt care anymore about customers with problems, they are just interested in selling new devices.
My Tomtom GO 5200 for which there is no support group as far as I can see, starts going black all the time after I turn it on and try to enter a destination, it seems to be in a loop or something.
How do i totally reset this thing completely to factory defaults? I did a reset but I don't even have to download the maps again, so I figure this is NOT a complete reset?
