Importing pictures (icon) the goes with a poi

I work for BT and have a poi that has every telephone exchange in the country ,which I have imported but the icon {the BT globe) has not come with the file it’s just a blue dot .... could Tomtom make anything harder ? Does anyone know how to import an icon

    Hi @paulne99

    You don’t say which model TT unit however if it is a recent model then you cannot import POI icon specific files. You will have to use one of the generic icons offered by the device.
