How do I get an answer out of Tom Tom regarding a credit for return?

I returned a Rider 550 because it would not link with the IOS14.5 Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Since then nobody wants to talk to me or credit me my money back.
Are these guys thieves?

    I would not say Tom Tom are thieves... but possibly not as lockdown business-savvy as most other companies with regards to Continued Business Management.

    I have stated they are not giving good Customer Service of recent times and need to sort this out soon.

    I'm sure @lampard or @VikramK will offer some support for you.

    Everyone is blaming the pandemic. Tom Tom takes money very quickly, so expect it back in a reasonable timeframe.
