I can't connect my device (GO Essential) in the app TomTom Home ?

When I open TomTom Home and after plugging the device into an USB slot, the screen with the account id is shown but the the option to connect a device isn't available .
In Windows the device is recognized as a Remote NDIS Compatible Device.

    Hi @WalterL

    The GO Essential is a Wifi based so does not need connecting to a PC for updating etc. Should you have any reason to need to connect it then the Tomtom My Drive Connect software is what you need not the Old TomTom HOME software.
