no maps available on the start 40 tomtom device

hi I purchased this map it installed fine i plugged my start 42 in my car and it said no maps available in the my drive connect under the my content tab the map file is not showing as corrupted the order status shows in progress but the payment has been taken as i received a confirmation email can anyone help thanks

    Your START 40 already comes with UK & ROI map updates for the lifetime of the device.
    The recent order you placed is not needed for downloading maps.

    I reviewed your device logs, and it shows the device has the latest map v10.70 installed.

    The situation will require further investigation, I would recommend that you report this to our customer service team. Also, please let them know about your recent order, so they can raise a refund request.
