TomTom lifetime traffic will expire

Hello, I purchased 3 weeks ago a TomTom GO Professional 520 : It says on the box it has lifetime traffic, but the device says it will "expire soon". What can I do enjoy my lifetime TomTom traffic?

    @VikramK ir @lampard should pick this up tomorrow. and sort your settings out on the TT servers. Look back the to see what they say.

    My device says lifetime traffic yet I paid a subscription last year will it be for lifetime or do I have to pay every year

    If it's a Go professional 6250 Tomtom traffic is for life.
