I get a message that my folder is 10 months old, and when updating my folder will be deleted. then the device says no folder found. I have tried everything according to your help menu, deleted downloads, restarted, but the message remains: folder damaged. before the update the tom tom start 25 worked fine.
Some items have not been updated, please try again.
Tried all help on website but nothing works, updating stops after 40 seconds.

    Folder will be downloaded again.

    To me it looks your system or download blocks it to install it, how do I get my old working map on my device, I selected this map update because your software tells me I need a new map, and now its not working anymore, can I send it to a contact centre in Netherlands to fix it? So they can put my old map on it?

    Let us see what @VikramK has to say after he has reviewed your devices logs on the TT servers. You may have a queue of downloads which is causing an issue. Look back here tomorrow.

    -I cleared the download folder in: my drive connect.
    -Cleared downloads in Mac OS download map

    Quit as instructions told

    Started tom tom start 25, by holding the button un till drum sound

    Started my drive connect:
    -Systeem word bijgewerkt
    -Its downloading something
    -Je bent klaar voor vertrek

    -Geen kaarten gevonden, op de tom tom

    -Items worden gedownload, takes 6 min

    -Systeem word bijgewerkt, 43 min remains
    After 10 seconds aborted
    -Sommige items zijn niet bijgewerkt
    -Ga terug naar de pagina mijn inhoud, en probeer het opnieuw

    if I try it again, I get the same result.

    MyDrive Connect is compatible to work on the Mac Big Sur OS, however I am not sure what is causing the error.
    Is it possible for you to try on a different computer, see if you get the same error?
    Or I would recommend reporting this to our customer service team along with some pictures of the error.

    On windows 10, it does not see the tom tom, it connects and disconnects repeatedly, that why I used a I-mac, it worked fine for years, until the last message I got, update your map its 10 months old.
    I used the tom tom every day for work, and it worked fine.
    after the deinstall of the map I have this problem.

    Error code I see in the logs is code ERROR; 20002; 0; 0;
