Not Connecting

I just want to update my map.
My device won't connect:
I've had in in and out of the USB port, as instructed.
I've reinstalled MyDrive Connect. Twice.
I've reset my device.
It still isn't happening. I get "Connecting......."
I get "Your Device is not Responding...."
I get "Our Servers are Busy...."

This is five hours now. What can I do??

    Welcome to the community!
    Sounds like a security software or a firewall could be blocking the connection.

    Could you check if they are configured to allow access for downloads via MyDrive Connect?
