Updated my maps and my lifetime speed cameras have gone

no speed cameras on device, went online asking me to subscribe to the service, can someone reactivate it and also check that I have lifetime maps, seems only have Oceania and SE Asia, not happy

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    Your TomTom comes with world map updates so if you go into the maps section and tap on add maps, you will see a list of maps that are available for download.

    when I log into my account it shows all 3 devices now not having lifetime maps or speed camera subscription - I'll try a reset, I do have Mydrive, happenned since last map update, might be too late as already got pinged by a fixed camera just over limit, again not happy
