My Drive Connect reports my device is not responding right now and to disconnect/. My tomTom Via 135 reports updating and Do not Disconnect. I've attempted disconnecting and starting process again but get caught in the same loop

Our team has reviewed the logs, and it seems that there are too many pending downloads that are stuck.
This could mostly happen due to security software, firewalls, restricted network.
