Waiting for your device .....

Hello is there an issue as my Go5000 is on, my account see's the device.
I have downloaded new map and now it says - waiting for your device? Been like it since 8.30am.

    Disabled all Bitdefender protection and issue still persists for me.
    This has always been the most frustrating update software of any product I've owned.

    Welcome to the site....
    The most frustrating software of any product I've owned was Bitdefender AV....
    I used to run Bitdefender Anti-virus and the Bitdefender firewall is a right royal Pain....
    I would set up MyDrive Connect in the Bitdefender Whitelist... When I logged out MyDrive and logged back in... Bitdefender would arbitrarily decide to remove MyDrive Connect from the whitelist and block access through the firewall
    Bitdefender Support even sent a custom fix to install but nothing worked for me, in the end I gave up on Bitdefender....
    I now use Avast AV, never had a problem....
