Update area Amsterdam not available

Hi, In the area of Amsterdam theres been a massive change in highway infrastructure which include highway A1 but this change isn't availabe in the updates. I updated my SD-card several times but when I drive the A1 by Amsterdam my Carminat doesn't recognize the change and its frustrating. How can this be fixed?
