In Settings/System/About you may see a date which suggests when the updates will cease. Everyone who has raised this issue here saying date is due soon or passed had had the Setting on the TT Servers adjusted by a Mod to continue the service.
Some TT devices have been declared obsolete but these are very old units with minimal internal memory.
